NatusSumMori is a ten-piece extreme symphonic metal band from the Ore Mountains in Saxony that has been active since 2001. The name is Latin and means “Born to Die.”

What sets the band apart is its unusually large lineup, which combines classical instruments with brutal metal. Their music often explores personal experiences within the context of Christian symbolism and spirituality.

Brutal riffs, blast beats, and heavy vocals meet the orchestral richness of harp, cello, violin, and piano.

During their first appearance on the Loud and Proud stages last year, they impressed the audience so much with their unique crossover of classical and metal that we simply had to bring them back.
