Loud and Proud Festival has existed since 2009 and has taken place on a much smaller scale than you probably know it by now. From a concert with 4 bands - three of them from Germany - we have become an international festival. Many of our bands come from overseas, but Germany and other European countries are also represented.

And because the festival has grown to an unexpected extent over the last decade, we founded our association - the YMCA Loud and Proud e.V. - in 2016. It is only with the help of the many members that we are still able to put on such a cool event. We could not organise the Loud and Proud without the voluntary work, donations and sponsors. And that's why we are happy if you are interested in joining our association!

Besides our main task - the planning and realisation of our festival - we have highlights spread throughout the year.These include our members' retreat at the beginning of the year, including the annual general meeting, after-work concerts, summer parties, pizza selling and much more.  Our association is diverse. No matter how old you are, where you come from or what denomination you belong to: You are exactly right with us. We live together in a cordial atmosphere and have a lot of fun together. At the same time, we never lose sight of our central focus: JESUS CHRIST. Together we want to bring the GOOD NEWS - the LOVE OF GOD - to the people through music.

You make the difference! We can use you perfectly for our association: Pray, work with us, support us financially, or just be part of a really cool bunch of people. Our membership fee is 100 € for those in employment - 30 € for those on low incomes (pupils, trainees, students, unemployed).

We are a non-profit organisation, therefore the membership fee and donations to the YMCA Loud and Proud e.V. are tax deductible.
